Abstract Preparation and Submission
Guidelines
Abstracts should be written in English and should consist of a
single paragraph of no more than 250 words that clearly conveys the
major advance and significance of the work. Each abstract should begin
with a brief description of the scientific question, followed by a clear
and concise description of the main results (without extensive
experimental detail), and should end with a summary of the findings and
their significance. Please do not include references, figures, or tables
in your abstracts. Please download the
Word template file to
prepare your abstract according to our formatting requirements. Please
proofread your text carefully and send it by e-mail to

no later than 31. 7. 2013. Successfully submitted abstracts will be
acknowledged with an electronic receipt. From those submitted before 31.

abstracts for oral presentations.
Guidelines for poster preparation
Please ensure that your poster does not exceed the dimensions of 80
cm x 100 cm.
A poster should be simple, self‐contained and self‐explanatory, clearly
presenting the major results and conclusions of the study. Please use
clear, visible graphics and large type. Titles and headings should be a
minimum of 50 point size, while 25 point size is suitable for text.
Minimise the narrative and use short, separated paragraphs, preferably
using a clear sans serif font. Titles and captions should be short and
easy to read. Each figure or table should have a short, descriptive
heading of one or two lines. Additional essential information should be
provided below in a legend.
